Help U.S. Olympians 'Clear the Shelters' by Adopting an Adorable Pet
NBCUniversal wants to see every adoptable pet find a home, where they can watch the Olympics and snuggle with their families. To reach this goal the media company is gearing up for its second annual Clear the Shelters campaign, an effort that spans 40 local NBC and Telemundo television stations, hundreds of animal shelters, and numerous U.S. Olympian hearts.
Athletes like swimmer Michael Phelps are doing their part, by posing with adoptable pets to raise awareness about the thousands of adorable animals that are in shelters looking for love.
