Please call the office at (312) 944-5350 to make an appointment with one of our client service coordinators to have your pet examined by one of our doctors.
Our client service coordinators are also available to discharge your pet, answer your questions and assist you with the purchase of food, supplies and pre-approved prescribed medication during our

You and your pets needs are important to us, we respect your time and make every effort to see pets promptly at their scheduled appointment times. Please call us if you are running passed 5 minutes late, need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you and/or your pet is new to our hospital, please arrive a few minutes early so that we can complete the necessary paperwork before your scheduled appointment. To save time, you may complete our New Patient Registration Form to bring with you.
Our Answering Service is also available to you after hospital hours to help assist with questions and/or concerns you might have regarding your pet.
