Meet Our Team

Doctor Boin is a native Chicagoan, who graduated from The University of Illinois, College of Veterinary Medicine in 1984. He has been caring for animals in Chicago for over 20 years and has been providing expert veterinary care at Near North Animal Hospital for over 17 years. He is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association, American Association of  Feline Practitioners, The Chicago Veterinary Medical Association, and American Veterinary Medical Association.

Jennifer L. Henderson, D.V.M.

Doctor Henderson is a 2008 graduate of Colorado State University, College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Oringinally from Michigan, she is very excited to be living and practicing veterinary medicine in Chicago. Dr. Henderson has a special interest in pet hospice care and is very passionate about the human-animal bond. Winter of 2009, she will be completing her certification in acupuncture and will offer these services at Near North Animal Hospital.
